Returns and breakage requests must be submitted within 14 days of Delivery
Bakery Item Returns
We do not except returns or exchanges. If an item arrives broken we will either refund you for the cost of the broken items or replace them depending on what you choose. In order for us to either replace the baked goods or offer a refund we need you to document the breakage for us.
You can return non food items to the store with a Return Authorization form. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your package and we can set up a return for you. All items must be returned with the original packaging and tags and must be in resalable condition.
The majority of our companies will take back food and treats if your doggie was not satisfied with it. If you would like to return a food item please request a Return Authorization form and we'll get back in touch with you as soon as possible.
